MPL PH Season 11 playoffs set; 2K fans expected daily in SMX

The playoffs of the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League (MPL) Philippines Season 11 is set to take place at the 2,000-seater SMX Convention Center at the Mall of Asia complex in Pasay City in early May.

Top-seeded Bren Esports, the M2 World Championship titleholders, is expected to carry its hot performance onto the playoffs against a competitive cast that includes two other world champions.

Bren Esports and the second-ranked ECHO Philippines are already through to the Upper Bracket semifinals, while four other squads — defending champion Blacklist International, RSG Slate, ONIC Philippines, and Smart Omega — duke it out in the first round.

Blacklist International will face Smart Omega, while Season 9 winners RSG take on ONIC in the first two pairs of playoff series.

To date, the SMX Convention Center is the biggest venue for an MPL PH playoffs.
